Steel Fabrication and Erection
In the field of steel fabrication, ASTS Pipe work Ltd has an in-depth experience of projects at every level of complexity. To minimise disruption to our clients, we also have the capacity to prefabricate sizeable steel structures in our fabrication bay prior to site erection.

In recent years we have manufactured extensive steels access and inspection gantries for one of the largest distilling companies in the UK, and win a high percentage of repeat business based on our growing reputation for quality and workmanship.

All our steel fabricators, from steel erectors through to platers, are highly skilled and professional in their approach. In addition, all our welders are coded to the associated ASME standard in MIG, TIG and MMA, well above the normal standard required by the construction industry for the fabrication of steel structures.

This high level of skills means the ASTS Pipe work Ltd can successfully carry out a vast variety of steel fabrication projects, from the production of plant mounting skids in any configuration through to the manufacture of specialised lifting equipment.
